On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, Northlight Theatre presented plans for a new theatre center at 1012 Church Street to the City of Evanston Plan Commission. The Commission unanimously approved Northlight’s proposed new theatre complex with a vote of 6-0. The next step in the process will take place on September 23 when Northlight presents its plans to the Planning and Development Committee of the City Council. The meeting will take place at the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave., at 6:45pm.*
